This feature is for bot owners and bot admins. They can set up and manage the knowledge base so the bot works best. 🛠️

Gather all important documents and web pages your bot needs. -
⚙️ Request activation & quota
Contact us to proceed with an activation request. -
📤 Upload and Store
Simply upload your files, and once our system stores them for smart, seamlessly retrieve them later.

📂 Step 1: Access AI Knowledge
- Go to the left sidebar and click “AI Hub”
- Select “AI Knowledge” from the list to open the feature.
- Click Contact Us to send an activation request.
- Once approved, you’ll be ready to add knowledge and start training your AI bot.
📚 Step 3: Add a Knowledge Unit
- After activation, click “Add Knowledge Unit” to start building your knowledge base.

Choose between the two types:

Web Page: Link to an online source.

Uploaded File: Upload files like MD, PDF, TXT, CSV, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, or PNG (up to 10 MB).

Fill in the “Title” for your knowledge unit and add an optional description.

👨🏫 Training the Knowledge Unit

Once added, your knowledge unit will begin training automatically.

You’ll see the status marked as “In Progress.”

When training completes, the status updates to “Completed.”

For Web Page Entries:

Edit: Update the title or description.

Refresh: Sync new content from the webpage.

Delete: Permanently remove the knowledge unit.

For Uploaded Files:

Edit: Change the title or description.

Delete: Remove the file from the system and remove the knowledge unit too.
