Profile Picture
Here you will be able to change the profile picture of your channel that users will see when they contact you. Choose an image that represents your brand well.
Follow these guidelines:
- Maximum Image Dimensions: 512 x 512 pixels
- Maximum File Size: 5MB
To edit your WhatsApp channel settings, click on "Edit WhatsApp Settings". Here, you can update various aspects of your WhatsApp Business profile.
Business Description
Here you will add a small text about your business that users will see when they enter your profile on WhatsApp. It has a maximum of 120 characters.
Business Address
In this field, include your company's main address or any other branches you want to display to customers.
Business Website
Add your company website to your WhatsApp channel so customers can easily access more information.
Phone Number
Your WhatsApp Business phone number is displayed here. Ensure it's the correct number associated with your channel.
Click on "Register Number", Here you will find all the details of your WABA (WhatsApp Business Account): WABA ID and available numbers.
To add a new number, click on the "Add New Number" button.
Note: You must disconnect your current number to apply for a new one or connect to another number.
Connect to another bot
You can connect your WhatsApp channel to another bot without needing a verification code.
