Creating a Broadcast

1. Initiate the Broadcast
   • Click on the Broadcast feature tab, then click on "+ Create New Broadcast".

2. Select the Facebook channel.

3. Choose Message Type

• Standard Messaging
  • A regular message you can send to users within the last 24 hours of their interaction with your chatbot.
  • Can be promotional or non-promotional.

• Confirmed Event Update
  • Used to send appointment reminders and event-related updates to users who have registered for your events.
  • Must be non-promotional.
• Post-Purchase Update

  • Must be non-promotional.
• Account Update
  • Notifies the user of any updates relevant to the data they provided, such as form submissions or account updates.
  • Must be non-promotional.

4. Create Message Flow
   • Design a sequence of messages for a more interactive experience (useful for complex broadcasts).

5. Select Audience
   • Choose whether to send the message to all your active users.

• Or filter bot users who have actively interacted with your bot in the last 24 hours based on demographics, interests, and past interactions for targeted messaging.

6. Schedule or Send Now
   • Choose a specific date and time for your broadcast to go out, or send it immediately.

7. Publish or Save Draft
   • Click "Publish" to send the broadcast to your target audience.
   • Alternatively, Click "Back" to save it as a draft for further edits before publishing.

Where can I see my statistics?

To view statistics on a particular Facebook Messenger broadcast in Hulul, follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Broadcast" section in the main menu. 

1. Click on the "History" tab to see all the broadcasts you have sent. 

3. You can filter the broadcasts by channel to see only Facebook Messenger broadcasts. 

4. Review the broadcast details, including the target audience size and the number of messages successfully sent.

• Scheduled Broadcasts: View, edit, and pause scheduled broadcasts.
• Drafts: Access messages that are in progress or paused.
